WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This will be a little longer for international delivery

For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks
delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries, however, you will receive tracking notification for each shipping

Please be patient while we process and ship your orders. If you have any concerns please communicate with us via our email support platform and we will always be available to address any questions you may have

  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment

US Domestic Orders

  • We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS.
  • You will get your packages in an average of 5 days. 
  • You will also receive notification and tracking information when their order has shipped

Processing Times

  • During off-peak months orders are processed within 5-6 business days and ready for shipping. 
  • During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping.

RETURNS

Our refund policy for retail items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must also be in the original packaging

    Are the "FREE" items really free?

    • YES. The items are absolutely FREE. We run these special promotion because we want to appreciate our customers and sometimes due to warehouse clearance. Rather than discount the product we simply do a FREE offer to get them out faster because storing them up actually cost us money. However, you will need to cover the shipping & handling charges because while we can give our products away free and make a customer happy, our shipping partners do not have a free offer because logistics just does not work that way.
